Meeting Statuses

The live status of your meeting is listed where ever you can search for a meeting on the Bizly Platform. Find them on your homepage, in 'My Meetings', or the 'Search' page.

See below for a full list of statuses. If you sort your homepage meetings by Statuses, this is also the order in which they will appear:

Review Responses - You've received proposals or rejections for your meeting. Time to check them out and accept, reject, or submit new inquiries. By clicking this status, Bizly will pass you to the inquiry/proposal screen for that meeting.

Submit Inquiry - You've created a meeting and have an inquiry in a draft state. By clicking this status, Bizly will pass you to the inquiry creation screen for that meeting.

Update Final Spend - A day after your meeting concludes, Bizly will update the statues to remind you to upload your final invoice for that meeting. By clicking this status, Bizly will pass you to the dashboard screen for that meeting.

Upload Contract - When you accept a proposal, Bizly will remind you to upload the signed contract for that meeting. By clicking this status, Bizly will pass you to the contracting and payment steps for that meeting.

Inquiry Submitted - After you've sent inquiries to your chosen venues, Bizly's concierge team is working hard to get you the fastest responses. By clicking this status, Bizly will pass you to the inquiry/proposal screen for that meeting.

Booked - When you've uploaded your signed contract, your meeting will be denoted as booked. By clicking this status, Bizly will pass you to the dashboard screen for that meeting.

Plan Event - If you've created a meeting, but haven't built an inquiry, Bizly will remind you to get started on the next steps. By clicking this status, Bizly will pass you to the dashboard screen for that meeting.

Meeting Complete - When you've uploaded your final invoice for the event, your meeting will be denoted as complete. By clicking this status, Bizly will pass you to the dashboard screen for that meeting.

Cancelled - If you've cancelled your meeting in Bizly, this will be clearly marked for you. By clicking this status, Bizly will pass you to the dashboard screen for that meeting.
