In the 'Communications' section of Bizly, when you select "Invite" or "Note/Survey", you have the option to add survey questions. Below are helpful pointers for each type.

Reminder: You have the ability to make any of your questions required. The default setting is optional. Remember to save!

Text Box - Ask any question, as attendees will have an open text field to type anything they want.

Date Selector - Ask a question that requires an answer with a date. Your attendees will be able to choose one date from a calendar. Note: If you need more than one date ask multiple questions.

Multiple Choice - Single Select (radio button) - Ask a question with multiple choice answers. Your attendees can only answer with one of the given options. Note: You can add as many options as you'd like.

Multiple Choice - Multi Select (checkbox) - Ask a question with multiple choice answers. The attendees can select as many of your options as they can. Note: You can add as many options as you'd like.

Linear Scale - Ask a question and rate an attendee's response on a scale up to 10.
