Where to find it: Open your event, go to Venue Proposal Details, and look for the Attachments or Documents section.
2. Using the "Message Venue" Feature
If a venue hasn't attached a menu yet, or if you need a specific themed menu (e.g., "Gluten-Free Breakfast" or "Interactive Taco Bar"), you can request it directly:
Action: Use the Messages tab within the proposal to chat with the Venue Sales Manager.
Pro Tip: You can also utilize the Notes section within your inquiry to ask the venue specific questions regarding their menu options or any other special requirements. This ensures all your requests are documented in one place for the venue to review.
