Congratulations! You have accepted a proposal. Now it is time to move on to contracting! You can find the steps by navigating to the "Contracting" tab on the left sidebar of your meeting dashboard.
Once you have accepted a proposal, the venue will have received an email notification that their proposal was accepted. Your contact information will have been made available to the venue contact. The venue contact's information is available to you now as well. You will work with them directly to get the contract signed and arrange payment.
The venue has a copy of your company's contract. They received a copy when your initial inquiry was sent, and they received another copy when the proposal was accepted.
