Room Night Maximums- Guest Rooms

Restrictions on number of rooms and nights you can add to your event.

Bizly allows you to plan your event with customizable meeting space and guest room requirements. However, only your company administrators can set the maximum number of rooms a team member can add to their meeting, as well as the maximum number of nights.

You can find the limit for your team on the "Accommodations" section of your meeting on the "Inquiry" tab. The limits will be listed under the Check In and Check Out spaces.

If you require more guest rooms or nights than is currently permitted by your company, you will need to reach out to your administrator to request the change.

Often you can find guidance on whom to reach out to on the banner at the bottom of your Bizly homepage.
