When a venue has to turn down an inquiry, a reason has to be provided by the venue in the required field. Perhaps they do not have any meeting space available or no guest rooms at that time.
This helps users understand why an event or meeting could not be accommodated.
1. From the Bizly homescreen, navigate to Events.
2. From Events dashboard, select and open your meeting.
3. By default, the meeting dashboard will show shortlisted venues.
4. Scroll down for the venues that rejected your inquiry.
5. For every venue inquiry that was turned down, click on View Inquiry.
6. Each will show a reason for why venue inquiry was turned down.
Additionally, when a venue turns down an inquiry, the Bizly platform automatically sends out an email notification to the client or user. The email also includes the reason for the turndown.
