Searching for venues can sometimes be overwhelming due to the abundance of choices. The Bizly platform allows the user to narrow down the search through a filtering system based on the user's criteria. You can filter by restaurants only, hotels etc. Here's how:
From the Bizly homescreen, select the event.
In the Events control panel, navigate to Search under Venues.
In the Venues dashboard, all of the potential properties will appear in the area you searched.
If the filter is already on, reset this by clicking on the funnel icon.
Depending on the nature of the event, filter by venue types.
If required by the company, filter by preferred venues only. Note that search results by default are always topped by the company's pre-defined preferred venues, not unless they are filtered out by the search criteria.
If event participants have confirmed, filter by number of attendees.
For the convenience of attendees, filter by distance from venue. The dashboard provides an actual map of the venue within a certain radius.
For special preference, filter by hotel brands.
If applicable, filter by Dinova.
After all the criteria have been set, generate results.
To have full view of venue tiles, unview the map using the switch button.
To select venue, just click on the plus sign in the venue tile.
