How to update the spend estimate?

A quick guide to filling out spend estimate & uploading contracts.

After a venue proposal has been accepted and the terms & conditions mutually agreed upon, it is time to update the spend estimate. Here's how:

  1. From the Bizly homescreen, select the event.

  2. In the Events control panel, scroll down & navigate to Spend Tracker.

  3. By default, dashboard will show the Spend Estimate tab. If not, toggle over.

  4. To comply with company procedure, fill out the details, make the necessary Updates and upload the paperwork.

  5. Always remember to Save.
