How to update the final spend?

Tying up loose ends before closing the meeting or event.

After a successful meeting, here's how to close out the event on Bizly platform:

  • From the Bizly homescreen, navigate to Events.

  • From Events control panel, locate and open the meeting in question.

  • In the meeting dashboard, Toggle to Contracts and Spend tab.

  • Under the section of Final Invoice, click on Edit to update details and upload document.

  • Note that the Edit button will appear in Final Invoice after the Contract section has been filled out and updated.

  • As always, remember to Save.
