Steps to Filter Your Events
Navigate to Events: From your Homepage, click on the Events tab in the left-hand navigation panel.
Select a Category: Choose one of the sub-tabs under the Your Events section:
Upcoming: Meetings scheduled for the future.
Created by You: Meetings where you are the primary owner.
All: Every meeting you have access to (including those where you are a collaborator).
Open Filter Options: Click the Filters button located on the right-hand side of the screen.
Refine Your List: Check the boxes for the specific criteria you are looking for (e.g., Status: "Approved" or Owner: "Steve"). Your list will update automatically.
Clearing or Changing Filters
If you need to start over or change your criteria, simply click the Reset button located in the top-right corner of the filter panel to return to the default view.
💡 Pro Tips for Organizing
Filter by Status: This is the fastest way to see which of your events are still "Pending Approval" vs. those that are "Confirmed."
Collaborator View: If you are helping a teammate, use the Collaborator filter to see only the events where you’ve been added as a guest or co-planner.
Date Range: Use the Start Date filter to plan your travel or budget cycles for specific months or quarters.
