Once you receive a proposal, you'll have the option to message the venue directly. This feature allows you to easily communicate with the venue about their proposal, ask questions, or discuss any details.
Follow these steps to send a message to the venue:
Click the Proposals tab in the left-side submenu, then select View Proposal to open it.
You will be directed to the venue's proposal page. From there, click Message Venue located in the top-right corner of the screen to start a conversation.
Once you click it, a message box will appear, allowing you to compose and send your message to the venue.
When the venue responds, you’ll receive an email notification to keep you informed. If a venue does not respond to your message in 24 hours, please reach out to the concierge team. They can reach out to the venue to expedite a response.
