Open the Proposal: From your Meeting Overview, find the venue you wish to contact and click the View Proposal Details button.
Navigate to Messages: Once the proposal page opens, locate the Messages tab (situated directly below the main Proposal tab).
Start the Conversation: Type your message in the text box and hit send. Your message will be sent directly to the venue’s representative.
Notifications and Follow-ups
Email Alerts: You don’t need to stay logged in to wait for a reply. When the venue responds, Bizly will send an automated email notification to your inbox to keep you informed.
Response Time: Most venues respond within one business day.
Concierge Support: If a venue has not responded to your message within 24 hours, please reach out to our Concierge Team. We can contact the venue on your behalf to ensure your questions are answered quickly!
