If you are still interested in a proposal you received but the decision date set by the venue has passed, you can request an extension in Bizly.
To request an extension, first navigate to your meeting by searching for the meeting name on the homepage using the search bar or by selecting it from the "upcoming" or "created by you" list.
Once in your meeting dashboard, click on "Proposals" on the left sidebar.
Toggle over to "Inactive" proposals.
Click "View Proposal" under the venue tile you would like to request an extension from.
Click "Request Extension" in the upper right hand corner.
Once you click "Request Extension", a note will be sent to the sales manager at the venue. If you not receive an email that an extension has been granted in 24 hours, please reach out to our concierge team. We can help by calling the venue and expediting a response for you!
Please keep in mind, requesting an extension does not guarantee one will be granted. It is always helpful to make a note of the proposal expiration dates as you receive them to avoid missing out on a preferred venue.
