Steps to Request an Extension
Locate the Venue: Go to your Meeting Overview page and find the venue list.
Check Status: Look for the venue marked with the Proposal Expired status.
View Details: Click the View Details button on that venue's tile.
Find the Extension Button: In the window that opens, ensure you are on the Proposal tab. On the right-hand side, click the green Request Extension button.
Request Extension button: Clicking this sends an immediate notification to the Sales Manager at the venue, letting them know you are still interested in their proposal.
What Happens Next?
Approval: If the venue grants the extension, you will receive an email notification, and the proposal will be reactivated in your dashboard.
Follow-up: If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, please reach out to our Concierge Team. We can contact the venue on your behalf to help expedite the update!

Monitor Your Deadlines: To secure your preferred dates and rates, try to keep track of expiration dates as proposals arrive.
No Guarantees: Please keep in mind that requesting an extension does not guarantee one will be granted, as venues often have other inquiries for the same space.
Communication: If you have been speaking with the venue representative, it is always helpful to let them know you’ve submitted an extension request through the platform.
